On this day, the blood-drinking Vajra will appear to you—dark-blue in colour; with three faces, six hands, and four feet firmly postured, holding a dorje, a skull-bowl, a battle axe; a bell and a ploughshare, will issue from the eastern quarter of your brain and come to shine upon you. Fear it not. Know it to be the embodiment of your own intellect. If you do not recognize it as issuing from your brain, the Karma-Herua, dark green of colour and having three faces, six hands, and four feet firmly postured will appear to you. Be not terrified. Be not awed. Recognize them to be the embodiment of your own intellect, and liberation will come.
