Your task is to find a moment of calm to contemplate and visualize the life you would like to live. Boil some water and place the content of the bag in your favourite cup, watch and reflect. The choice is now yours.
If you are reading this message today, it means that you have not succeeded in joining with the pure radiance that is your own consciousness, and that you are now in the Bardo of Rebirth, where karmically induced hallucinations cause fear and panic, and a desire to escape by entering into any womb-door that presents itself, causing you to be reborn into misery and suffering. From now on the body of your past life will become more and more dim and the body of your future life will become more and more clear. Saddened at this, you will think: 'O what misery! Now, whatever body I am to get, I shall go and seek it'.
O nobly-born, to prevent birth, this is a critical moment: whichever light shines on you now, meditate on it as being the Compassionate One; from whatever place the light comes, consider that place to exist in the Compassionate One. Or meditate on the pure illusory form of your tutelary deity, then let the visualization melt away from the extremities, until nothing remains visible, and put yourself in the state of the Clearness and the Voidness and remain in that state for a little while. In that state, birth will be obstructed and Perfect Enlightenment gained.
